Ich untervermiete meine 2 Zimmer-Wohnung bis Ende März mit Option auf fristloser Verlängerung im Zentrum von Berlin am Spittelmarkt .

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Spittelmarkt, ist 2 Minuten von der U2 Metro/Station entfernt und Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten fussnähe. Die Wohnung wird teilmöbiliert angeboten (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Couch, Couchtisch, Waschmaschine und Küche) und besitzt einen überdachten Balkon.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit auf eine Verlängerung (eventuell fristlos). Dies entscheidet sich Ende Januar. Die Wohnung ist ab sofort bezugsfertig. Bei einer fristlosen Verlängerung können auch gern die Möbel übernommen werden. Die Einrichtung hat sich minimal verändert als auf den Fotos zu sehen.

I am subletting my 2 room apartment in the center of Berlin at Spittelmarkt until the end of March.

The apartment is located directly at Spittelmarkt, is 2 minutes away from the U2 subway/metro station and supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is offered partially furnished (bed, closet, couch, coffee table, washing machine and kitchen) and has a covered balcony.

There is the possibility of an extension (possibly without notice). This will be decided at the end of January. The apartment is ready for immediate occupancy. In the event of an extension without notice, the furniture can also be taken over. The furnishings have changed slightly from those shown in the photos.
