Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Herd sowie einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist mit WC und Dusche ausgestattet und wurde dieses Jahr grunderneuert. Eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion steht im Badezimmer bereit.

Lage ist einmalig. Man steht am Anfang der Strelitzerstraße im Mauergedenkpark und blickt durch die grüne Allee direkt auf den Fernsehturm - Traumbild. Die Straßen sind alle verkehrsberuhigt durch Bremshubel, die ohnehin kaum Autos fahren. Trotzdem ist man mitten drin.
Der beste Bäcker/Café ist nur 30 m entfernt, Restaurants gibt es ein gutes neben dem anderen. Rewe, Aldi oder Biomarkt sind alle in 300m reichweite. Sich diese Ecke Berlins anzuschauen lohnt sich in jedem Fall.
Noch eins zu der Verkehrsanbindung: Sie ist unschlagbar. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram und Bus lassen einen ganz leicht von hier aus ganz Berlin erkunden. U8 Bernauerstraße, der Nordbahnhof sind in 5-10 min zur Fuß erreichbar und nicht zuvergessen die M10, die die ganze Woche Tag und Nacht zwischen der Warschauerstraße und dem Nordbahnhof hin- und herfährt. Die Haltestelle von Tram M8 ist 200 m entfernt.

The location is wonderful. The street is quiet although it's very central. TV tower is already seen from the street and the Berliner Wall is 100 m away. A bakery/café is just 30 m away and the supermarket is at a 5 min walking distance.
About public transport options, the train, metro and trams are all just a few minutes away by walking. U8 (Bernauerstraße), S1,S2,S25(Nordbahnhof), the trams M10 (24h operating) and M8 are those you can take.
