My friends call my flat "Lisi's Paradisi". When I moved here, my wish for this place was that it feels like holiday every day and so far it does for me. I hope you will feel at home just as much as I do.
My home in overview:
- For 1 or 2 people
- 65m2 spacious apartment on the 2nd floor, but still a lot of light
- 1 living room, 1 „play room“, calm bedroom, bathroom and kitchen
- Fast WiFi and two tables to work on with a door in the middle that can be closed, incl. one monitor
- Fully equipped kitchen and a big extendable table to host a little dinner party
- 180 cm box spring (I can say full confidence that this is the most comfortable bed in Berlin, I have the best nights of sleep since I am here, down duvet)
- Piano & guitar for those who'd like to make some music
I will leave extra clean bed sheets and towels for you to use.
The flat has everything you need to have a good time in Berlin.
We can briefly get to know each other via video call :)
Officially still Mitte, but at the border of Prenzlauer Berg. My flat is located very central (Torstraße), 5 minutes from U8 Rosenthalerplatz (very easy to reach Neukolln and Kreuzberg) as well as U2 Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. The vibrant area is wonderful to walk around, so much to explore. You will find many restaurants, shops and bars, parks and a Saturday farmers market in minutes of distance.

45€ a night with the intention to rent my place out the whole period of 19 days. I am still flexible with my day of departure and coming back.
350€ deposit, which you directly get back after departure.
This is a private place, so no parties (!) and the expectation is to have a full clean flat once I return :).
