Hey there!
We are Miriam and Leni and we are planning on moving to Copenhagen. I, Leni, have been offered a place for a Master’s program at University of Copenhagen and we are so excited to make the big move.
Because we would like to return to Berlin at some point, we want to offer our
*****furnished 2-room Berlin-Mitte apartment to swap against your 1-2 bedroom Copenhagen apartment*****
for 6 months up to 2 years.
If you are looking for an apartment to feel right at home in Berlin and have a similar apartment in CPH, we would love to hear from you!🫶🏻

The apartment:
The apartment is a newly renovated „Altbau“ - so high ceilings, tall windows, wooden floors BUT perfectly working heating, bathroom, kitchen and insulation ;)
It is located in the Hinterhaus (back row house), so super quiet and you will not hear any noise at all.

The kitchen is a newly installed designer kitchen with all that is needed: Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove top, and washing machine.

The bathroom comes with the super relaxing rainshower and enough counter space to place your products. There is also a window in the bathroom.

The bedroom has a 1.40cm wide bed and a large wardrobe to easliy fit clothes for at least 2 people. A desk and chair by the window offer a space to work.

The living room is the center of the apartment which welcomes you to sit on the large couch. The couch can also be pulled out to fit 2 people to sleep on. Please also feel free to play the piano if you’d like.

From the living room you can access the terrace which is a cozy space to relax.
