Während der Semesterferien vermiete ich meine Wohnung. Es handelt sich um einen schönen gepflegten Altbau im Sprengelkiez in bester Lage und top eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Balkon)
Die Küche ist mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine usw. sehr gut ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer steht zur Benutzung zur Verfügung, Wlan gibts natürlich auch... Monatliche Kaltmiete sind 380€

I am renting out my apartment during my semester break. It's a two-room-apartment. I will be renting out one room which is furnished with a bed, a closet, a couch and a desk. Also, there is a nice balcony that can be used.
The kitchen is well equipped: toaster, coffee machine, oven, stove, microwave etc....
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, wifi is available also... Monthly rent is 380€, 30€ is additional cost.

In der näheren Umgebung finden sich einige Auskaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Kaisers, Aldi, Penny) und folgende Ubahnstationen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar: Leopoldplatz, Wedding, Amrumer Straße. Außerdem fährt ein Bus (147) direkt vor der Haustür zum 2 km entfernten Hauptbahnhof (und weiter) und es gibt einige nette Cafes und günstige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Auch der Plötzensee ist ganz schnell zu erreichen und wer gerne draußen ist oder joggen geht, kommt auch mit schönen Laufstrecken am Kanal und am See auf seine Kosten....
Good shopping facilities nearby (several grocery stores, bakeries, fruit and vegetable sellers and so on). The subway and 'Ringbahn' are in close walking distance (Leopoldplatz, Amrumer Straße, Wedding, U8, U9, Ringbahn). There is also a bus running to Berlin central station.
There are nice trails for running and going for walks, also a lot of very nice restaurants and bars....
