I am heading out of town for a few weeks and would like to rent out the space from 1.3. until 17.3. The furnished flat is complete with:

Bitte nicht in der Wohnung rauchen. Am Balkon ist es kein Problem.
Die Wohnung ist auf der Gartenstrasse in Mitte, 8 Minuten zur U8/Rosenthaler Platz, 8 Minuten zur U6/Naturkundemuseum und nur ein paar Schritte vom S-Bahnhof Nordbahnhof entfernt.
Die Lage ist Zentral aber sehr ruhig, mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes auf die Schröderstrasse, Torstrasse und Linienstrasse.
