wir ziehen schweren Herzens aus unserer super zentral gelegenen Altbauwohnung in Mitte aus, da wir mit Nachwuchs mehr Platz brauchen. Sie ist im 1. OG eines renovierten Altbaus gelegen. Hier die Fakten:
- auf der nun weltberühmten Torstraße - direkt mittendrin in der Berliner Szene (Shops, Cafés, Restaurants, Museen, Parks: alles fußläufig.
- U8 und U2, zwei Trambahnen M1 und M8 und der 142er Bus zum Hauptbahnhof (das meiste über Kurzstrecke) machen die Wohnung zu einem Hit
- abgezogene Dielen
- gespachtelte Wände
- neues Bad und extra WC
- großes Schlafzimmer zum absolut ruhigen Innenhof (es passt ein riesiger Schrank rein)
- Ankleidezimmer oder Büro kann im halben Zimmer eingerichtet werden
- Küche und Wohnzimmer gehen zur lebendigen Torstraße raus (Schallschutzfenster)
Wer die Wohnung übernehmen möchte, bekommt unsere eingebaute Küche (ohne Herd) und bei Wunsch auch Waschmaschine überlassen, und müsste das Streichen der Wohnung übernehmen.

For the international crowd:
We're moving out of our apartment in Mitte, across the road from Prenzlauer Berg. It's a really great area, we unfortunately have to leave with our family having gotten bigger...
Here are the facts to the apartment:
- on the famous Torstraße (between Rosenthaler Platz and Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz), super central, just some steps away from Alte Schönhauser Str., Schönhauser Allee, Weinbergspark, the museums, Kino Babylon, the bars, cafés, you name it.
- first floor: no heavy lifting any more, and you can easily hop in and out of the flat (if you forgot something upstairs :)
- old wooden floors, high ceilings and stucco
- smooth walls
- bedroom is in the back facing the quiet backyard
- living room and kitchen face the front (with double pane windows)
- bathroom and toilette are separate and renovated
- the half room to the back can be used as a walk in closet or an office
- very nice neighbors
Since we don't have the time with a baby to do the painting we are offering our kitchen (without the oven) and our washing machine (if needed) in exchange for the paint job when moving in.
