Sie befindet sich in einem saniertem Altbau im 1. Stockwerk und besteht aus einem großzügigen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem hellen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur großen Küche. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Holzdielenboden, restaurierte Stuckelemente an der Decke und ist komplett möbliert.
Perfekt geeignet für eine oder zwei Personen. Haustierhaltung nicht erlaubt.
Trotz ihrer super zentralen Lage ist sie absolut ruhig.

- fully furnished + provided with all amenities (washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc.);
Ideally located: 20 min walk to the Humboldt Universität, to the StaBi UdL and to Museumsinsel. Tram station (12, 8, 1) next door, subway 5 min away (U8 - Rosenthaler pl.; S1, S2, S25 - Nordbahnhof).
The neighborhood around is lovely and calm. Some of Berlin’s greatest restaurants around. Supermarkets, a farmers’ market at Arkonaplatz, cafés etc.
I am a post-doctoral researcher, and I sublet my flat when I am abroad for research.
It is absolutely important for me that the person who rents it takes good care of my place
- no smoking;
- no animals;
- for one person or a couple (no WGs);
- for 6 to 8 months starting October 1, 2023.
The initial date is October 2023 the end date might be discussed as I am still aiming to understand when I am back in Berlin in spring 2024.
