Ich suche eine neue Nachmieter,eine Person oder ein Paar für die Wohnung, hat der Vermieter will nicht WGs.
Ich ziehe Wohnung im September oder vielleicht Oktober.
Meine Wohnung liegt unweit des Alexanderplatz (500m), zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung. Die U8/U5/U2 und Sbahn sind direkt um die Ecke.
Ich habe 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, in der man gut essen
und kochen kann, und ein neues Bad. In allen Zimmern (außer Bad) liegen Parkettboden. Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 33 groß. Schlafzimmer ca. 12. und Bad ca 5. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG, Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert worden, das Haus ist allgemein in einem guten Zustand und die Nachbarn sind nett und ruhig. Ich zahle derzeit rund 805 Euro inklusive aller Kosten.
