Our BERLIN <----> your STOCKHOLM

We are looking for a swap BERLIN - STOCKHOLM for 1 to 2 years, starting from around October 2017.

We are offering a super centrally located, bright, fully furnished studio apartment with spectacular view. The flat has one big room with panorama windows, a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathtub and a spacious hallway.
It is located directly at Alexanderplatz overlooking Marienkirche and the complete north-western city. Connection to public transport could not be better. There is a separate room to lock your bicycle, shops, a cinema and gym right downstairs. Museumsinsel, Humboldt Universität and Volksbühne are within walking distance.

We are looking for a place to live in Stockholm, preferably in the centre but everything will be of interest.



Wir möchten gerne unsere Wohnung in BERLIN tauschen gegen eine Bleibe in STOCKHOLM, ab etwa Oktober für 1-2 Jahre.

Wir bieten:

Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Zimmer mit Panoramafenstern, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Wannenbad, Waschmaschine und einen geräumigen Flur. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV könnte besser nicht sein. Geschäfte, Kino, Fitness in unmittelbarer Nähe. Humboldt-Universität und Museumsinsel sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Wir suchen:
Am liebsten eine Wohnung in zentraler Lage aber grundsätzlich ist alles interessant.
