60 Euro pro Tag, eine Woche 330 €, drei Wochen 900 € .Wir sind drei Wochen im Mexico und suchen jemand der zu diesem Zeitraum in unserem schönen Wohnung am Zionskirchplatz bleiben wird.
Der Kinderzimmer bleibt geschlossen, aber euch stehen zur Verfügung kleine Schlafzimmer ( der aber 180x200cn Bett hat) und rissige Wohnzimmer (TV, Schlafsofa plus Wohnlandschaft, Bibliothek, Arbeittisch) , die Küche (Tisch mit 2 Sitze) und große Badzimmer mit Badewanne , Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Lokation ist perfekt, genau bei Kastanienalle und Rosenthalerplatz und Mauerpark . Alle Restaurants sind da, aber die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig.

One night costs 60Euro, 1 week is 15% less, 12 days 25 % less. We are travelling to Greece for two weeks and searching for someone who will take our apartment for this time.
Children room will stay closed, but for you small sleeping room (that thought has huge 180x200cm bed), spacious amazing living room ( with TV, two sofa beds, small library and working area), kitchen (with dining table, dish machine etc) and nice bathroom (bathtubs, washmashine, dryer) will be available.
The location of the flat is perfect, near Kastanienalle, Rosanthalerplatz and Mauerpark. Many restaurants are 3 Minute walking from flat but the place us still very quite and not noisy .
The view is the treat.
In between of Mauerpark and Kastanienalle, it has M1 and m12 are stopping in the front of the flat, with U2, U8, M10 and M8 on walking distance.
The place is quite and call due too huge backyard and church in front of the building, but all cool restaurants and cafe of Prenzlauerberg are near.
The flat is on 1.OG, has a lot of light due to high celling , wonders naighbours, big courtyard.
There are washmaschine and dryer, dish maschine and a lot of kitchen utensils, tv with xbox and google Chrome.
We have a kids and kids room and staff will be closed and are not counted here.
