Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Bis zur Haltestelle Bernauerstr. Es sind 3 Gehminuten und der Mauerpark knapp 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Supermärkte, Cafés, Parks, Flohmärkte und der Rosenthalerplatz sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, finden Sie in der Regel mit einem Anwohnerparkausweis einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Sonstig
Die Pauschalmiete von 1020 EUR beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und Internet. Für die GEZ müssen Sie sich selbst registrieren. Sollte ein Paar in die Wohnung einziehen, wären weitere 40 EUR/Monat fällig, um die höheren Gas- und Stromkosten auszugleichen.
Rauchen und Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
