House located in Mitte on the 10th floor with elevator. Really, really nice neighbours (not that young, but nice und friendly)
Right to kitchen and bathroom but no living room. German, italian or Catalan/Spanish would be needed to comunicate with Luca, 9yo (Luca's english level is not enough, even if he tries his best :-)
4 minutes walk until U-Bahn Märchisches Museum (U2). Nearest Supermarket 3 min away. "Spätkauf" just in front of us, open until midnight, 7days a week!
Luca (my son) is twice a week with papa. This 2 days is everything permitted (I mean if we inform each other and we agree). Apart from these two days, it's necessary to behave well acording to a 9yo child flat.
