The apartment impresses with its open design and is flooded with light. It is located on the 5th floor without an elevator and is suitable for singles or couples. The balcony welcomes you especially in the sommer to have a cold beer with a view. In addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen , so that you can enjoy your stay.
Besides a living, dining and sleeping area, there is also a fully equipped desk that can be used for home office.

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre offene Bauart und ist Lichtdurchflutet und dennoch nicht einsehbar. Sie befindet sich im 5 OG ohne Aufzug und eignet sich für Alleinstehende oder Paare und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zudem ist sie mit einem Saugroboter als auch Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet, sodass du deinen Aufenthalt genießen kannst.
Neben einem Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich gibt es auch noch einen voll ausgestatteten Schreibtisch der fürs Homeoffice genutzt werden kann.
Lediglich W-Lan ist NICHT vorhanden.
