My 2 room apartment is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a flat on your own, surrounded by nature, close to the city center. The livingroom and balcony are facing south so you have daylight coming in the whole day.
55 square meters Altbau 2 rooms apartement, with loads of plants (to be watered while I'm away) and everything you need. Big desk to work at, fast WIFI, all equiped kitchen, washing machine, a very quiet bedroom to sleep in (on the hinterhof side)
Located inside the ring, Moabit / Charlottenburg

Surrounded by canals and nature, very nice area to take walks.
Closest transport options :
- U7 Mierendorfplatz 8min away
- M27 bus every 4min, in between S Beusselstr. and S Jungfernheide.
You'll be very close to Turmstr., the heart center of Moabit, where all shops can be found. Also not far away is the Schloß Charlottenburg and it's beautiful parc and nature.
Groceries possible at Aldi or Rewe 5min away.
I've been living in this apartment over the last 2 years, and it really feels like a relaxing retreat to spend time here. With the light and the balcony, you can be sure to enjoy inside / outside time while being at home. If you're interested to subrent my place for a month, I will ask for half the rent price in advance, to secure and save the space for you :)
