I will start with English, due to our multicultural Berlin =) Anyways, I am a native German speaker if you prefer that language you´re welcome, too of course.
First of all: the price will be surely adjusted to the days you are actually living in the apartment. Anyways, the apartment is only available if you book it for more or less the entire time. The price includes the entire stay.
The apartment is in a silent neightbourhood and equipped with two confortable couches, a big wardrobe, a king-size bed, stereo bluetooth speakers, old fashin writing table and lots of plants for a cozy atmosphere.
With the renovation you can expect the rooms clean and white as you can see in the pictures. With the fully equiped kitchen, you can prep some nice meals whenever you want.
You´ll have accsess to all the rooms: Bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen and eating room - the complete flat will be yours during the time.

The neighborhood is full of small cafes, bars, parks and street life. If you´re rather up for some vegetarian food or if you´re seaking for juicy burgers you´ll find it all. There´s also lots of art projects and galleries close by. Lots of students life in the district and its cultural diversity is explifying for Berlin.
The popular metro station "Turmstraße" from where you are quickly connected with the entire city is only 5 min foodwlk away.
The famous and really big green park "Tiegarten" is just a 15 min foodwalk away and if you want to explore the town you´re also just a few metro stations away from all the sightsees downtown. Supermarkets and the famous 24h-open-stores called "Spätis" are right around the corner.
