Hi Ihr Lieben,
Wir sind Ade und Mariama, und sind auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung, welche sich zum Tausch für uns eignet.
Wir suchen ab sofort, ein 2-3 Zimmer Appartement, innerhalb der Ringbahn überall, ansonsten Schöneberg, Charlottenburg, Spandau, Pankow, Reinickendorf.
Zweites OG oder höher, und nicht mehr als 800€ Warm.
Zum Tausch bieten wir ein helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung, mit Balkon, im 3 OG mit Hohen Decken Stuck und großen Fenstern. Derzeit bezahlen wir 706€ warm (MietWog) und ca 1689€ Kaution, allerdings ist das auch der MietWog Betrag, ansonsten beträgt die Kaltmiete 763€ + 143€ Nebenkosten. Wichtig zu wissen ein Zimmer, bei uns das Wohnzimmer, ist ein Durchgangszimmer, für uns als Paar war das kein Problem.
Die Lage ist prima, die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Ecke Beusselstraße/Turmstraße. 2 Min braucht man zur Bushaltestelle Turmstraße/ Beusselstraße (Busse, 106/123/M 27), 10 min Fußweg zur S Bahnstation Beusselstraße (S42/ S42).
In der Turmstraße bekommt man alles was man benötigt, Rewe, Penny, Aldi, DM und Bio Company sind gleich um die Ecke sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Imbisse.
