Die Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten. Das Bad und auch die Küche sind geräumig, in der Küche steht ein kleiner Esstisch und zwei Stühle. Küchengeräte dürfen alle benutzt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer gemütlichen Couch, einem kleinen Sessel, einem Flachbildfernseher (kann mit dem Laptop verbunden werden) und einem Ess-/Schreibtisch ausgestattet.
Das kleine aber feine Schlafzimmer ist kuschelig und perfekt getrennt von allen anderen Zimmern, sodass man auch bei Besuch/als Paar nicht aufeinander hocken muss.

The apartment is perfectly designed. The bathroom and the kitchen are spacious, there is a small dining table and two chairs in the kitchen. Kitchen appliances can all be used. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch with a stool, an armchair, a flat screen TV (can be plugged to a laptop) and a dining / desk. The small but nice bedroom is cozy and perfectly separated from all other rooms, so that you don't have to squat on each other when visiting / as a couple.
Super Lage. Genau gegenüber befindet sich ein riesiger Edeka Center mit Sparkasse, Post und Testzentrum. 2 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich ein Penny. Viele Restaurant-, Café- und Barmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
2 Minuten entfernt befindet sich die U Bahn Birkenstraße (U9) sowie 6 Minuten zu Fuß die Ringbahn Westhafen. Damit lässt sich ganz Berlin einfach erreichen. Der Bus M27, 1 Minute entfernt, fährt auch überall hin :)

Great location. There is a huge Edeka Center in front with a cashing machine, post office and test center. 2 minute walk there is a Penny. Many restaurants, cafés and bars in the immediate neighborhood.
The U-Bahn Birkenstrasse (U9) is 2 minutes away and the Westhafen Ringbahn is 6 minutes by foot. This makes it easy to reach all of Berlin. The M27 bus, 1 minute away, also goes everywhere :)
