Schöne zwei Zimmer Neubau Wohnung von 20.02.2023 - 26.03.2023 zu vermieten (5 Wochen).
Die preis ist 1000€ im Monat, also €1250 für die 5 Wochen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Moabit, wo der Hinter Eingang zur Turm Straße führt .
Gute Restaurants, Cafés & Einkauf Möglichkeiten um die Ecke.
Anbindungen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln via Bus 2min zur Fuß und U9 ist 10 min zur Fuß

Es gibt zwei Zimmer, ein größeres mit ca 25qm und ein kleineres mit ca 15qm.
Eine Küche und einen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Strom / Internet / Wasser sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das Preis (€1250) ist für die 5 Wochen, nicht per Monat)

Wie man im Fotos sehen kann, haben wir viele Pflanzen. Wir würden uns natürlich freuen, wenn jemand die 1 mal die Woche gießen könnte.
Wir vermieten die Wohnung zu den gleichen Konditionen wie wir sie selber mieten – machen also keinen Gewinn im Gegenzug wünschen wir uns nette und achtsame Untermieter*innen.

We are renting our beautiful two room apartment from the 20.02.2023 - 26.03.2023 (5 WEEKS). The price of €1000 is for 4 week, so for the 5 weeks in total its €1250.
The apartment is located in Moabit with the back entrance leading to Turm Street
Many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around the corner.
Connections with public transport via bus 2min, connection with U9 is 10 min walking.

There are two rooms, a larger one having about 25sqm and a smaller one with ca 15sqm.
Otherwise there is a kitchen and a large balcony
Internet / electricity / water are included in the price. The price (€1250) is for the 5 weeks, not per month
We are sub-letting the apartment at the same conditions as we rent it ourselves - (no profit involved), in return we would like nice and attentive subtenants.
