WIr wollen um den 1. Mai ausziehen (einige vielleicht schon eher, eine andere vielleicht erst etwas später.) Wir könnten aber alle auch punktgenau am 1.Mai raus.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße von der Karl-Marx-Straße, nahe des Hermannplatz. U Hermannplatz und U Boddinstraße sind gleich in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer mit je ca. 19-22 qm. Zwei davon haben einen Balkon. Weiter abgelegen gibt es noch zwei kleine Zimmer, 10 qm und 8 qm, gleich nebeneinander. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und einen Balkon :). FAst alle Zimmer haben Hochbetten, die übernommen werden können. Laut Mietvertrag sind kleiner Hunde und andere Haustiere ok.
