- Nicht-raucher Wohnung und keine Haustiere
- Leider keiner Anmeldung möglich, sorry
Ich suche jemandem die gut auf der Wohnung aufpassen würde - inklusiv die Pflanzen! :) Es ist nicht möglich Parties in der Wohnung zu haben.

I am subletting this cute and homely 54sqm flat from 18.03-01.06.24 in Neukölln . Ideal for someone needing space and time for themselves. I'm looking ideally for someone to sublet for the whole period.
- It's fully equipped (with a kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom)
- Not near a big road
- 4th floor accessible only by stairs
- 5 minute walk from S+U Hermannstrasse
- 10 minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld
- 650 euros including bills/month + deposit
- Non-smoking flat and no pets
- No Anmeldung/registration possible - sorry
I am looking for someone who likes taking good care of spaces, including plants :). It's not possible to host parties in the flat.
