3-rooms Neukölln apartment by canal for 1-2 people

We are renting out our ideally located apartment right by the canal on the border of Neukölln/Alt-Treptow while we are working abroad.
It is free from May 1st until September 30th and maybe even longer, since we are not exactly sure how long we will stay abroad.
Anmeldung is possible for 1 (!) person, even though we would allow a couple to live here. Flatshares / friends are not allowed.
We want quiet and clean tenants and we would ask you to send us a few words about you and include some proof that says you are able to pay the rent.
We will do some viewings of the apartments during the first week of April.
The apartment has been fully renovated in 2022/2023 right before we moved in. It is fully furnished and partly comes with high quality design furniture.
the rent is 1350 euros / month and includes everything (Internet, GEZ, electricity...).
I ask a deposit of a full months rent.

we, the renters, are a friendly couple in our mid-30s, a psychotherapist and a social worker.

1 small and quiet bedroom facing the courtyard (picture missing)
1 living room with marshall music box, comfy sofa, large dining table, loads of books and nice lighting
1 kitchen with loads of storage, huge fridge, new oven, gas stove, washing machine, kitchen washer and loads of cooking supplies
1 large balcony facing the street
