Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 bis 3 Personen, um Berlin zu genießen, für einen Familienbesuch oder eine Geschäftsreise, aber auch ideal für Home-Office. Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren neu renoviert. Absolutes Highlight bilden die hohen Decken mit Stuck und der wunderschöne Fischgrätparkett.

- Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couches und einem runden Tisch, Fernseher
- Geräumige Küche, voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd etc.

- Arbeitszimmer mit Monitor sowie Einzelbett
- Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen

Ich lege Wert auf ein ordentliches Zuhause und möchte mich hier auch wieder wohlfühlen, wenn ich zurück bin.

Der Preis gilt für den genannten Zeitraum und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten. Ich vermiete auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum, minimum sind 10 Tage.

I am subletting my beautiful flat in the heart of Berlin-Neukölln. It comes furnished and equipped as you see on the pictures. It is ideal for 1 to 3 people to enjoy Berlin for your holiday, to visit family members, a business trip or to work remote. The apartment was fully renovated 2 years ago. Highlight might be the high ceilings decorated with stucco and the beautiful wood flooring.

The price refers to the mentioned dates, however I am flexible regarding exact move-in and move-out dates. Minimum are 10 days.
