Hallo, Wir vermieten unsere helle Loftwohnung direkt am S-Bahnhof Neukölln von 12.2.2024 bis max. 17.3.2024.
Flexibilität: Eine kürze bzw. zeitweise Miete ist nach Absprache auch möglich. Sollten die Daten nicht ganz passen, melde dich gerne, wir finden sicher eine Lösung.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großzügigen Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich, sowie einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (wir kochen selber gerne), es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine neue Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es eine großzügige Terrasse mit Grill. Ein weiteres kleines Zimmer werden wir für die Dauer der Vermietung zur Lagerung unserer Sachen nutzen und abschließen. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Einzelpersonen, Paare oder Familien mit einem Baby oder Kleinkind. (Die Kindersachen, wie etwa das Beistellbett, können wir natürlich wegräumen).

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zwischen Körnerkiez und Richardplatz mit vielen Kneipen und Cafés. Perfekt angebunden (2 min) an U- und S-Bahn, sowie den Autobahnring. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (von Biomarkt bis Penny über zwei Wochenmärkte und Rossmann ist wirklich alles dabei).

Ein sorgsamer Umgang mit der Wohnung und unseren Sachen ist uns sehr wichtig (Rauchen nur auf der Terrasse).

Hi,We are renting our bright loft apartment right next to the S-Bahn station Neukölln from 12.02.2024 to 17.03.2024.

Shorter or temporary rentals are also possible by arrangement. If these dates don't quite work out, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll try to find a suitable solution.

The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom, as well as a spacious living, cooking and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (we love to cook), there is a dishwasher and a new washing machine. We also have a large terrace and a grill. For the duration of the rental period, we will use another small room to store and lock our belongings.

The apartment is suitable for individuals, couples or families with one baby. (We can of course put away the children's things, such as the extra bed).The apartment is wonderfully located between Körnerkiez and Richardplatz, lots of bars and cafés are in walking distance. Perfectly connected (2 min) to U- and S-Bahn as well as to the Autobahn ring. Within 5 minutes you will find numerous shopping possibilities (from an organic market to a Penny to two weekly markets and a Rossmann - really everything).

Careful handling of the apartment and our things is very important (smoking only on the terrace ).
