Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer (ca. 30 m2) mit Balkon, einem Schlafzimmer (ca. 14 m2), einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem Bad (siehe Fotos).
Im Schlafzimmer sind ein 1,60 m breites Bett und ein Arbeitsplatz. Auch der Kleiderschrank kann hälftig genutzt werden. Esstisch und eine Schlafcouch befinden sich im Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt ohne viel Gepäck ausgestattet.

I am offering a furnished apartment in the heart of Neukölln-Süd. Due to work I would like to sublet the apartment for about 2 months into good hands.
The apartment consists of a large living room (approx. 30 m2) with balcony, a bedroom (approx. 14 m2), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (see photos).
In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and a workplace. Half of the closet can also be used. There is a dining table and a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay without a lot of luggage.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Neukölln-Süd und ist sehr gut angebunden:
- 2 Minuten bis zur S+U Hermannstraße (U8 und Ringbahn; direkte Bahnverbindung zum BER)
- 5 Minuten bis zum Hermannquartier (Rewe, Netto und DM)
- 5 Minuten bis zum Körnerpark (diverse Bars, Restaurants und Cafés)
- 5 Minuten bis zum Tempelhofer Feld
