Fenster und Balkon sind zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet und durchfluten die Wohnung mit viel Licht. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und hat alles, was man so zum Leben braucht. Die hochwertige Ausstattung, hohen Decken, offene Küche, Fußbodenheizung, Parkettoptik sowie das geräumige Bad mit Regendusche und Badewanne machen die Wohnung zu einem Traum. Aufzug, Schallschutz und Hauswirtschaftsraum garantieren einen entspannten Aufenthalt.
We rent our furnished 2 room flat over New Years Eve from 30.12.-20.01. for 3 weeks for subletting
The flat is located on the 1st floor of the "Brauhaus" on the grounds of the historic KINDL brewery. The windows and balcony face the quiet inner courtyard and flood the flat with lots of light. The flat is furnished and has everything you need to live. The high-quality furnishings, high ceilings, open-plan kitchen, underfloor heating, parquet look flooring and the spacious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub make this flat a dream. Lift, sound insulation and utility room guarantee a relaxed stay.
Das Areal des heutigen Industriedenkmals ist Heimat des KINDL – Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst. Rewe, Penny, Rossmann und die Neukölln Arcaden befinden sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Das Rollberg Kino und ein breites Angebot an trendigen Bars und Cafés sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Tempelhofer Feld und Hasenheide sind für Sportbegeisterte ebenfalls um die Ecke. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nah- und Fernverkehr ist optimal, z.B. 2 min zur U-Boddinstr. (U8), 5 min zur U-Rathaus Neukölln (U7), diverse Buslinien. Fahrrad-Stellplätze sind vorhanden.

WICHTIG: Wir freuen uns auf ein zuverlässiges Pärchen oder eine Einzelperson, die Lust hat, den Jahresanfang in unserer Wohnung zu verbringen während wir auf Reisen sind. Da es sich bei der Wohnküche um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt, ist die Wohnung nicht WG-fähig. Wenn ihr fragen habt, meldet euch gerne!
IMPORTANT: We are looking forward to a reliable couple or a single person who would like to spend the beginning of the year in our flat while we are traveling.
