I rent my flat for some days, 23rd until 30th of december, 525€ in total.
My central flat is free for some days: 1 sleepingroom with a 1,40 m wide bed, 1 livingroom with couch & TV, a bathroom with tub and a cozy kitchen, and even a small garden (in case you bring a dog with you).

The flat is super central: 8mins walking distance to underground station rathaus neukölln, even closer to the buses m41 and m43
There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants around, the next supermarkets are just 5 minutes walking distance. the channel is close by, too, as well as small parks and shopping possibilities.
Not a good place for light sleepers: At the moment there is a construction site in front of the house, the street gets rebuilt to become a bike lane. The noise hasn´t been goin on the last days, but it´s kind of unpredictable for me. If it´s loud it starts around 7 in the morning and mostly stops before 13h again. Also a family with loud kids is living in the flat above. All neighbours are polite, tolerant people.
