ich bin für den Zeitraum nicht in Berlin und daher steht meine Wohnung zu Verfügung.
In den 1200€ ist alles mit drin und es steht alles zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Deshalb kämen noch 250€ Kaution dazu, die ihr im Anschluss wieder bekommt, wenn alles wie vorher ist, wovon wir ausgehen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Sonnenallee, durch die Wohnung im Hinterhaus und durch den 5. Stock ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Man hat einen schönen Blick über die Dächer Neuköllns.

I am not in Berlin for the period and therefore my apartment is available.
Everything is included in the 1200€ and everything is available for use. That's why there would be an additional 250€ deposit, which you will get back afterwards if everything is as before, which we assume it will be.
The apartment is located on Sonnenallee, due to the apartment in the rear building and the 5th floor it is very quiet in the apartment. You have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Neukölln.
