Very light, cozy Appartment in Neukölln. It's free for 2 - 4 weeks between 24. of Jan until 27. of Jan. Price is for 4 weeks, two weeks within this time would be half.

The appartment is on the 4th floor, no lift, is fully furnished, has internet and a washing machine. It has two rooms, a living room, with work station, a bedroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Subway and bus station are only 3 - 5 min walk..lots of Cafés, Bars, Restaurants and a small mall close by. It's also a short walk to Tempelhoferfeld and Hasenheide.

I am looking for someone quiet, ideally working and who can water the plants occasionally. Max two people.

Helle, gemütliche Wohnung in Neukölln ist frei zwischen dem 24.01 - 27.02.2024 (2-4 Wochen). Bin +/- ein paar Tage flexibel.

Die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage, voll möbliert, hat Internet und eine Waschmaschine. Sie hat Wohnzimmer mit einem Arbeitstisch und Monitor, Küche mit einem Gasofen, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Ubahn und Bus Anbindung innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, viele Cafés, Restaurants, Galerien direkt um die Ecke. Das Tempelhoferfeld und die Hasenheide sind auch in der Nähe.

Ich suche jemand ruhiges, idealerweise berufstätig, der/die einmal die Woche die Pflanzen gießt. Max 2 Personen.
