2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Schillerkiez * Tempelhofer Feld

Hallo,

Da ich verreise, vermiete ich meine Wohnung im Schillerkiez vom 15.03.2024 - 31.04.2024. Zwei Minuten entfernt vom Tempelhofer Feld und inmitten von vielen Cafés, Restaurants, zwei Kinos im Kiez und Kneipen liegt meine 50 m2 große Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern: Einem Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer, beide vollständig möbliert. Meine Wohnung ist unglaublich gemütlich und sehr ruhig. In nur 5 Fußweg erreichst du bequem die U8 (Boddinstraße & Leinestraße) und außerdem gibt es einige Supermärkte fast direkt vor der Tür. Samstags gibt es einen süßen Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Tür und neben dem Tempelhofer Feld gibt es auch viele Parks und Friedhöfe für Spaziergänge um die Ecke!

Meine Wohnung ist sehr ruhig - genauso, wie die Häuser und die Nachbar*innen - deswegen ist das eine Bedingung zum Einzug: Keine Partys, sondern Respekt für das Miteinander :-). Respektvoll sollen auch die Dinge in meiner Wohnung behandelt werden. (meine Pflanzen freuen sich auch über ein bisschen Wasser ab und zu :-) ) Wenn Respekt für dich auch wichtig ist, freue ich mich über eine Anfrage.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Couch, einen großen Tisch (inkl. Bürostuhl;auch für Homeoffice, mit WLAN), einen Fernseher und ein 1,40m großes Bett im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 1.000 EUR pro Monat. Meldet euch gerne bei mir und ich kann euch noch mehr Fotos senden / euch eine Tour durch meine Wohnung via Facetime geben oder ihr kommt vorbei!

During my travels, I am renting out my flatin Schillerkiez from 15.03.2024 - 31.04.2024. Two minutes away from Tempelhofer Feld and in the midst of many cafés, restaurants, two cinemas in the Kiez and pubs I live in my 50 m2 flat with two rooms: A living room and a bedroom (both fully furnished) My flat is incredibly cozy and very quiet. It's only a 5-minute walk to the U8 (Boddinstraße & Leinestraße) and there are several supermarkets almostright outside the door. On Saturdays there is a cute market right in front of the door and besides the Tempelhofer Feld there are also many parks and cemeteries for walks around the corner!

My flat is very quiet - just like the houses around and the neighbours - so being respectful to that is a condition for moving in: no parties, but respect for each other :-). The things in my flat should also be treated with respect. (BTW My plants also appreciate a little water every now and then :-) ) If respect is also important to you, I would be happy if you text me.
In the flat there is a couch, a large table (incl office chair, also great for working from home, including WIFI), a TV and a 1.40m bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
