There's a living room with balcony and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a tub. It would be awesome if you could water my plants once, while I'm gone :)
Hallo, ich bin auf der Suche nach einer vertrauenswürdigen Person oder einem Paar, um meine Wohnung noh kurzfristig unterzuvermieten, bevor ich in meinen Winterurlaub aufbreche :) Die Wohnung hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man so braucht. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und einer Küchenzeile, ein Schlafzimmer mit 160x200 Bett und ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Es wäre super, wenn du einmal meine Pflanzen gießen könntest, während ich weg bin :)
The flat is located in Rixdorf, a trendy part of Neukölln with many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The S-Bahn Sonnenallee is just 3 minutes away. There’s plenty of supermarkets nearby. You can borrow my cycle if you want to cruise around town.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Rixdorf, einem trendigen Teil von Neukölln mit vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die S-Bahn Sonnenallee ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte. Du kannst mein Fahrrad ausleihen, wenn Du die Stadt erkunden willst.
The flat is my baby, so it’s important for me to find someone who will take good care of it while I’m gone. The dates are flexible, if you want to stay longer or shorter, it can be arranged. I can give you a discount if you stay for 7 days or longer. You'll get back the deposit straightaway if nothing is broken.
