Die Wohnung ist Altbau und vor 2.5 Jahre komplett saniert. Es gibt eine Balkon über das Wohnzimmer. Die Nachbar:innen super lieb und sehr entspanntes Haus. Die Wohnung ist für die Lage relativ ruhig, finde ich zumindest:)
Weil ich am 12.3. zur meine Familie fahre, biete ich meine Wohnung für Drei Wochen an. Ich suche am besten ab 12.3. Jemand:in oder Couple (weil es nur ein Doppelbett gibt). Falls du/ihr Tag vorher oder sowas hier seid und der datum irgendwie unpraktisch ist, können wir alles noch besprechen. Also ich bin mit der Datum bisschen flexibel.
Ich möchte die Wohnung entweder ein Person oder zur eine Couple Untermieten. Es ist keine Party Wohnung. Ich suche Person:en, die meine Zuhause respektieren und sie sich auch bei mir Zuhause fühlen:)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Körnerpark ist zu Fuß 2min entfernt. Es gibt viele Cafes, Bars, Supermarkte in der nähe. Die Wohnung ist genau zwischen S-Bahn Neukölln + U7 und S-Bahn Hermannstr. + U8 und nur 4-5min entfernt.
