I am planning to be out of town for the coming year and looking for someone who would like to sublet my beautiful apartment in Berlin.
Starting March 1st 2024.
The flat is located in Neuköln on a quiet side street.
In close proximity to U8 Boddinstrasse and Templehofer Feld.
It’s a 60m2 Altbau apartment.
Fully furnished and newly renovated.
It has one bedroom for sleeping.
A sweet sitting room that connects to the kitchen. (Not shown in photos below)
A grand bathroom fit for a king.
And a nice balcony for relaxing in the summertime.
The flat is spacious, has a lot of nice light throughout the year.
And it’s a nice cosy place to call home for a temporary amount of time.
The flat is suitable for a single person or couple.
A WG would not be possible.
And unfortunately I am not able to offer Anmeldung.
The contract is between 6-12 months. (This is something we can openly discuss between the two of us as I am flexible and open-minded).
Total Rent for the month is 1500 Euro. Including Bills and Internet.
