Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für 2 Monate unter, da wir auf Reisen sind. Wir sind im Februar als erster Partei eingezogen, der Neubau wurde gerade erst fertig gestellt. Die Wohnung ist barrierefreie. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Küche+Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer und ein Balkon.
Die Miete ist 1500€ pro Monat und damit etwas geringer als die Miete die wir zahlen. Wir machen hiermit kein Geld.

We are subletting our apartment for 2 months as we are traveling. We moved in as the first party in February, the new building has just been completed. The apartment is barrier-free. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen + living room and bathroom and a balcony.
The rent is 1500€ per month and a little less than the rent we pay. We do not make any money from this.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Neukölln auf der Karl Marx Straße. Schnell erreicht man u-Bahn und s-Bahn. Die Wohnung liegt in einen Neubau komplex im Hinterhof. Der Balkon blickt auf einen Park, dementsprechend ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
The apartment is located in the middle of Neukölln on Karl Marx Straße. You can reach the subway and suburban train quickly. The apartment is located in a new building complex in the backyard. The balcony overlooks a park, so the apartment is very quiet.
Wir sind gerade erst eingezogen und gerade noch am Einrichten. Bilder folgen in den nächsten paar Tagen. Gerne können sie vorbeikommen oder wir sprechen über Video, Soda sie sich ein Bild machen können.
