Looking for a commuter / Suche Pendler:in

Für meine schöne Zweizimmer-Wohnung in Nord-Neukölln, Grenze Alt-Treptow, suche ich eine:n Mitbewohner:in, bevorzugt Pendler:in, weil ich die Wohnung gerne zeitlich statt räumlich teilen würde. Da ich künftig privat einige Tage pro Woche in Brandenburg verbringen werde, suche ich eine Person, die von Di-Fr oder Sa eine Bleibe in Berlin benötigt und in der Zeit die Wohnung für sich hätte. Von Fr oder Sa-Mo wäre ich in der Wohnung.
Über die Wohnung: Es handelt sich um eine gepflegte 60er Jahre Altbau-Wohnung mit Balkon, der ans Wohnzimmer anschließt. Die Wohnung geht nach vorne und hinten raus in eine ruhige Gartenanlage und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, verfügt über eine Einbauküche und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Alle Gegenstände und Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden (WLAN, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, vollausgestattete Küche etc.).

Mir ist wichtig, dass der/die Mitbewohner:in gleichberechtigte Verantwortung für die Wohnung übernimmt, sie respektvoll behandelt und wir uns das Putzen teilen.

Wichtig zu wissen: Ich habe eine Katze, die montags tagsüber in der Wohnung bleiben würde und die ich jeweils Montag abends jeweils wieder mitnehmen würde.

I am looking for a roommate, preferably a commuter, for my beautiful two-room apartment in Nord-Neukölln, bordering Alt-Treptow, because I would like to share the apartment in terms of time rather than space. Since I will be spending a few days a week in Brandenburg in the future, I am looking for someone who needs a place to stay in Berlin from Tue-Fri or Sat and would have the apartment to themselves during that time. From Fri or Sat to Mon I would be in the apartment.
About the apartment: It is a well-kept 60s apartment in an old building with a balcony adjoining the living room. The apartment looks out to the front and back into a quiet garden and is in very good condition, has a fitted kitchen and tasteful furnishings. All items and facilities for daily needs are available (WLAN, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc.).

It is important to me that the flatmate takes equal responsibility for the apartment, treats it with respect and that we share the cleaning.

Important to know: I have a cat that would stay in the apartment during the day on Mondays and that I would take back with me on Monday evenings.
