The perfect location in berlin, extremely central with lots of bars and restaurants around, the subway line (U8 / Schönleinstr) is one minute away and it takes you 8 minutes to Alexanderplatz. There is a beautiful turkish/organic market twice a week right in front of the door, the people from the area love it, not only for the extremely cheap prices but the great atmosphere and live music.
The 78 sqm (840 sq ft) apartment is very bright with high ceilings and in great condition. Living room with sofa which can be unfolded to a very comfortable bed for two, coffee table, TV (lcd screen), dvd, cable, high speed internet (wifi), the large bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a TV as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing mashine, dining table, the bath has an tub with a shower.
Since this is my personal apartment, there is a complete household with everything you need for daily live.
