Hi zusammen,
meine sehr schöne, helle und geräumige 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung sucht von 10. September bis 3. Oktober eine/n oder mehrere Zwischenmieter/innen. Zeitraum ist flexibel - je länger desto lieber natürlich. Größe ist perfekt für ein Paar.
Die Wohnung hat einen Südbalkon ins Grüne und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Weserstraße - hippe Kneipen und Clubs sind also zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig und wird hauptsächlich von älteren Leuten bewohnt, da müsstet ihr also etwas Rücksicht nehmen.
Weitere nette Features: große Küche, Badewanne, eher minimalistische Möblierung und deshalb viel Platz, trotzdem gemütlich. Bin gerade erst eingezogen, deshalb sieht's noch bisschen unfertig aus, werd aber bis September noch einiges machen...

I'm subletting my beautiful, quiet and spacious apartment in Neukölln, just around the corner from Neukölln's hip street Weserstraße, from 10 September 10 to 3 October. Time is flexible. The size is perfect for a couple.
The apartment has a great balcony facing south and the green and peaceful backyard. Clubs and bars are within walking distance. Most tenants of the building are old, so you would have to consider that a bit.
My furniture is rather minimalistic but the apartment is still cozy. It all looks a bit improvised still because I have just moved in, I'll put a good dose of energy into it until September though...
