2-Zimmer-Whg im Reuterkiez für September-super für WG od Familie

Hallo!

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung im schönen Reuterkiez vom 1.-30. September (+/- 14 Tage).

Die Wohnung hat zwei gleich große Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Sie ist komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen kann (Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Stereoanlage usw.). W-Lan und Festnetz gibt es auch. Ein Zimmer hat ein großes Bett und ein Kinderbett (und eine Wickelkommode). Im anderen Zimmer steht eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen.
Direkt um die Ecke findet Ihr Lidl, Edeke, Spätis und Kneipen (auf der Pannierstraße und der Weserstraße). Der Bus (M29, 194, 171) ist zu Fuß in zwei und der Hermannplatz (U7, U8) in fünf Minuten erreichbar.

Sie ist ideal für eine Familie, aber auch WG's und Paare oder Freunde können hier gut klar kommen.

Hi,

we rent our flat for the month of September (1-30, +/- 14 days).

It is a two-room apartment with 2 rooms (same size), a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It is fully furnished,you can find everything necessary for living (washing mashine, dishes, stereo system etc.). Wireless Lan and landline telephone are included. The flat is located on the mezzanine with 1 bedroom with double bed, cot and changing table and another bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 persons.
The area is a charming place to live: right around the corner you can find some shops, spätis, and bars (at pannierstraße or weserstraße). Bus stop (M29, 194, 171) and Hermannplatz (U7, U8) are nereby ( 2 / 5 mitues by foot).

It is ideal for a family, but for couples or two friends it is perfectly suitable, too.
