beautiful studio-like flat (2 rooms, furnished)/2-Zimmer-Wohnung

I am looking for 1 person or a couple to stay in my flat while I am away in London from 6th January until 25th April 2015.

The main room is a combined studio style living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room area has a large widescreen HD TV incl. Chromecast, sound system and free high speed WiFi. The kitchen includes a glass top dining table with 4 chairs, a large fridge/freezer, electric glass hob, oven/grill, toaster, dishwasher, plates, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The toilet room is separate from the huge bathroom, which has a walk in shower, separate bathtub, sink area and washing machine. The bedroom is a large, well lit room with a comfortable double bed and lots of clothes storage space.

Bills incl. all of the above, central heating, electricity and water. A security deposit of 1000 EUR is required.

The area is very popular with lots of bars and nice restaurants, shops, shopping centre, swimming pool incl. sauna and much more just around the corner. It also has good transport links to every other part of the city.

Ich suche eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in), der/die es sich für ca. 3-4 Monate in meiner Wohnung gemütlich machen möchte, während ich in London bin. Die Wohnung wurde sehr modern saniert und besticht durch ihren einzigartigen Charme und Komfort. Im Schlafzimmer findet man Stuck und im Wohnzimmer ist an drei Bögen in den Wänden das Gemäuer freigelegt worden. 

1. Riesiges Badezimmer mit Dusche + Badewanne
2. Großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und großem Kühlschrank
3. Gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit noch gemütlicherem Bett, inkl. offenem Wandregal, in dem genug Klamotten Platz finden.
4. Internet, Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung), Telefon, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine inklusive.

Um eine Kaution wird gebeten, um sich gegen eventuelle Schäden abzusichern. Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für eine berufstätige Person oder ein Pärchen.
