The flat is in a very nice area. If you asked me, for sure the best Kiez in town. Lively! Safe! Great connection!
Many cosy and hip bars and cafes all around + delicious and affordable places to eat (burgers, libanese, pizza, korean, etc). Huge german and turkish supermarkets nearby. Great organic food market just 2 min walk. 3 min walk to Tempelhofer Feld. You must go there! (Former airport, now the biggest recreational park in the city). Also very close by: Hasenheide (Beautiful green park).
1 min walk to U-Boddinstr (U8). Takes you in 1 min to Hermannplatz, in 3 min to Kottbusser Tor (Kreuzberg), in 10 min to Alexanderplatz.
Bus-connection just a minute walk.
As i will leave on saturday-morning, we should arrange the key-handover on thursday or friday.
