Die 2-Zimmerwohnung in Berlin-Neukölln ist vo 27. April bis 22. Mai frei. Sie ist voll eingerichtet und hat 2 etwa gleich große Zimmer (je 22 qm), eines daovn mit Balkon mit Blick auf den Wildenbruchpark. Überall in der Wohnung sind frisch abgezogene Dielen. Alles,was man so zum Wohnen braucht, ist vorhanden (Internet, Badewanne, Waschmaschine...)

My flat is free from 27. April until 22 May. There are two rooms (each about 22 square meter), on with a balcony. It´s completely furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln in der Innstraße, direkt am Wildenbruchplatz in einem schönen Altbau im 1. Obergeschoss. Zur nächsten U-Bahnstation (Rathaus Neukölln) sind es etwa 10 Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke, genauso wie Bars, Kneipen und diverse Gastroangeboten.

The flat is located in Neukölln (Innstraße, near Wildenbruchplatz).
Die Wohnung wird zu Zwischenmiete für knapp 4 Wochen angeboten. Wenn ihr die Wohnung etwas kürzer als 4 Wochen benötigt, können wir über die Miete verhandeln. Fotos kann ich bei Bedarf auch schicken. Schön wäre, wenn ihr vorher kurz vorbeischauen könntest.

You can rent the flat vor 650 Euro for about 4 weeks. It would be nice if we could meet in the flat before you rent it.
