There are 3 rooms (20m2, 18m2, 11m2) with a large corridor (square, not long) and it is approximately 76m2. There is a balcony and bathtub. There is a small storage space next to the bathroom and available storage space in the basement. There is an old built-in kitchen which is damaged, given from the previous tenant. The apartment can be used as a living or working space, or as a WG with the approval of the landlord.
