Man bekommt also vom Straßenverkehr auf der Sonnenallee nichts mit. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine voll ausgestattet Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Geschirr und Besteck sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Beide Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit je einem Bett 140x200cm, einem Schreibtisch inklusive Stuhl sowie einem Kleiderschrank/-stange. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Keller, in dem man einiges unterstellen kann und im Innenhof kann man ein Fahrrad beruhigt anschließen.

Durch den Schnitt der Wohnung bietet sie das ideale Zuhause für ein Paar oder Single und macht jede/n Altbau-Liebhaber/in durch die hohen Decken und den Dielenboden glücklich.

Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon möglich und für haarige Vierbeiner ist hier leider nicht der richtige Platz.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf der Sonnenallee, 1 Minute von der Bushaltestelle entfernt an der der Bus M41 im 5-Minuten Takt abfährt. Von dort kommt ihr ganz entspannt innerhalb von 3 Minuten zur S-Bahn Sonnenallee oder innerhalb von 7 Minuten zum Hermannplatz, wo ihr die U8 findet. Ebenfalls 7 Minuten entfernt ist die U-Bahn Station Karl-Marx-Straße von wo aus die U7 fährt.

Rewe und Lidl sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und für das nächtliche Bier findet ihr direkt vor dem Haus einen Späti.

The Altbau flat is 67m2, has floorboards (tiles in the bathroom, PVC in the kitchen), a balcony and a cellar. It is located in the side wing on the 2nd floor. So you don't hear any traffic from Sonnenallee. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, cooker, oven, crockery and cutlery, and a bathroom with bathtub. Both rooms are equipped with a bed 140x200cm each, a desk including a chair, and a clothing rack/wardrobe. In addition, there is a cellar where you can store some things and in the inner courtyard, you can safely lock a bicycle.

The layout of the flat makes it the ideal home for a couple or single and will make any lover of old buildings happy with the high ceilings and the floorboards.

Smoking is possible on the balcony and unfortunately, this is not the right place for hairy four-legged friends.

The flat is located directly on Sonnenallee, 1 minute from the bus stop where the M41 bus leaves every 5 minutes. From there, you can easily get to the S-Bahn Sonnenallee within 3 minutes or to Hermannplatz, where you will find the U8, within 7 minutes. The underground station Karl-Marx-Straße is also 7 minutes away, from where the U7 leaves.

Rewe and Lidl are just a few minutes walk away, and there's a Späti for your late-night beer right in front of the building.
