I´m offering a central room on bottom floor a 2 min walk from Hermannplatz. The flat was an illegal radio station a decade ago but was rebuilt into a fully furnished flat with a separate kitchen, balcony room and all necessities. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. A balcony room facing the street is accessible from the bed rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics and the toilet has a washing machine. The flat is available until the end of April but with a good chance to stay longer since I might move abroad for a few months.
A three minute walk from both Hermannplatz, where the U8 and U7 connects, and Boddinstraße (U8). With walking distance to the bar street Weserstraße, the great jogging park Hasenheide and the old Tempelhof airport the location couldn´t be better The apartment is facing the graveyard and it´s quiet during the night. Just a few meters from the Neues Off cinema and a late night kiosk.
