My flat has internet with Wifi, 1 bedroom with a King size bed (with bedspring) for 2 persons, and another room with a good mattress quality (without bedspring, on the floor) for 2 people. A cosy living room with a big couch, a great shower in the bathroom and a kitchen with everything you need ! The location is closed to Ubahn Neukölln and Sbahn Sonnenallee. There are supermarket and shops, bar, restaurants around the house. The closest Park is Kornerpark which is a clean and beautiful one. Our flat is only 45 minutes away from the airport Berlin Schönefeld with Sbahn S45. Smokers are accepted. I will ask for 300 euros deposit (caution) so please be aware that this amount has to be given at the entrance and will be refund at the check out if everything is in order.
I'm asking 60€ per night for all the complete flat.
I will prefer to rent for the all period I'm not here (28th June till 07th July).

UBahn Neukölln is only 7 min by walk. Sbahn Sonnenalle is 5 min by walk.
There are supermarket around the House (Penny, Netto, Lidl, Real). There are very nice bars and Terrasse only 5 min by walk on the Böhmischerplatz. Ping pong places all near by the house as well as Parks (Kornerpark).
I will prefer to have a talk by phone and Email first and we will arrange everything to make the journey confortable for both of us :)
It might be that I will be out of town at this time but a friend of mine will take care about the flat. in anyway we will sort it out in an easy way.
