THE APARTMENT:

The apartment is a spacious, charming 1 bedroom unit with a huge terrace. It is quiet and bright at the same time and located in Neukölln, about 2 walking min away from U-Bahn Leinestrasse, right off the vivid Hermannstrasse. The apartment is fully furnished.

The old building has hard wood floors, high ceilings of 3m, and original old door frames.

The apartment is separated into a cozy eat-in kitchen, a generously laid out full bathroom, and a spacious bedroom from which one can access the long stretched terrace that runs across the entire length of the apartment. The space is a great share for a couple, though not appropriate for a roommate situation.

The unit is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.


THE AREA:

The location is very central. The next U-Bahn is Leinestrasse (U8), 2 walking min away. The S-Bahn station Hermanstrasse is about 5 min walking distance (Ringbahn, which is super convenient).

The area is very lively, culturally diverse, and the apartment is surrounded by 2 beautiful parks that both are within 5-10 min walking distance: Körnerpark and Tempelhofer Flugfeld.

There are tons of supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants in immediate proximity. The heating is gas and central, and the apartment is super cozy in the winter/fall season.

I am subletting the apartment furnished with:
- washing machine
- fridge
- kitchen table + chairs
- kitchen cabinet and supplies
- bathroom cabinet and mirrors
- a big antique closet
- mattress with duckboard (no bedframe)
- desk
- shelf + drawer

There is no couch, bedframe or TV.

The apartment has a fast Wifi connection and provides a landline phone with a nationwide landline flatrate- basically everything!

I am going abroad for 3 months. I am looking for someone who wants to stay for exactly the given period, Febuary 6 - end june. But might be extended..

Of course there will be a legal contract, a deposit of 600€‚¬ will be asked to close the deal, and the apartment should be seen first.
