Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renovierten Altbau mit all dem Charme, der mit ihm kommt - geräumige Zimmer, Dielen, hohe Decken, große Fenster, etc. - und besteht aus zwei großen Räumen (27m2 & 25m2) getrennt durch die voll ausgestattete Küche. Dafür, die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut als WG, sowohl als für Singles oder Pärchen.

We are offering our beautiful & cosy 2-room apartment in Neukölln for subletting. The apartment is in a renovated altbau building with all of the charm that comes with it – spacious rooms, wooden floors, high ceilings, large windows, decorative reliefs, etc. – and is constituted of two large rooms (27m2 & 25m2) divided by the hall and the fully equipped kitchen. As such, the apartment is suitable as either a shared apartment (WG), as well as for a single person or couples.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage an der Ecke wo Neukölln trifft Kreuzkölln. Zahlreiche cafes, restaurants, einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine menge Bars & Parks, alles was man braucht direkt um die Ecke.
Sehr gute Verbindung zum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel mit vier verschiedenen Buslinien die an der Ecke halten
und U-Bahn-Station Hermannplatz (U8 & U7) nur 3 Minuten zu fuß entfernt.

The apartment is in a top location in the hip & happening area where Neukölln meets Kreuzkölln. Numerous cafes, restaurants, shopping, a lot of bars & parks, everything you may need, right around the corner.
Public transportation is excellent with four different bus lines stopping on the corner and U-bahn station Hermannplatz (U8 & U7) just three minutes walk away.
Die Mitte beträgt 1190 Euro pro Monat mit allem inklusive (W-Lan, Heizkosten, Strom, etc.) & ich würde eine Kaution von zwei Monats Mitte bitten - also 2380 Euro (die Kaution gibt es natürlich nach Ende der Zeit zurück).
