Schweren Herzens müssen wir unsere wunderschöne Wohnung aufgeben, da wir ins Ausland
auswandern.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein berufstätiges Pärchen, das auch mitten in Neukölln nicht auf die
Natur verzichten will. Denn die Wohnung kommt mit einem kleinen Paradies: einem Garten! Sie
liegt im Erdgeschoss und besteht aus zwei großen Zimmern, Küche, Bad, Flur und Garten. Da
die Wohnung im Hinterhaus ist, ist sie sehr ruhig.
Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und wird auch komplett möbliert übergeben (1600€
Abschlagspauschale). Unser Vermieter ist interessiert an Mietern mit einem festen, relativ hohen Einkommen. Aus diesem Grund sind wir eingeschraenkt, was die Weiterleitung von Bewerbungen angeht.
Wir freuen uns auf sympathische Nachmieter denen wir unsere kleine, schöne Wohnung übergeben dürfen.

Going abroad, we unfortunately have to give away our lovely flat.
The apartment is great for a working couple which wants to enjoy the bustle of Neukölln and yet
also some greenery. The apartment comes along with a small version of paradise: a garden.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment consists of two big rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a
corridor and a garden. Since the apartment is in the rear building, it is a very quiet place.
The apartment is completely furnished and will be handed over like this (1600 Euros for taking the
furniture).
The landlords are looking for tenants with a steady and relatively high income, so in that case we are limited with forwarding applications.
We are looking forward to some nice next tenants to whom we can give our small, beautiful apartment.
Die Lage, direkt am Tempelhofer Feld, ist ideal für alle die es nach draußen zieht und/oder gerne in den hippen Restaurants und Bars den Feierabend genießen. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Wohnung mitten im Schillerkiez liegt, ist die Lage ruhig, da sie zum Hinterhaus raus geht. Man ist innerhalb einer Minute an der Bushaltestelle (104, 166), 3 Minuten an der U8 (Boddinstrasse) und innerhalb 12 Minuten an der Ringbahn (Herrmannstr.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.

The location almost next to the Tempelhofer Feld is perfect for all those who like the outdoors and
who enjoy spending their evening in a one of the trendy restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the bus stop (104, 166) is one minute, the underground station Boddinstrasse (U8) is three minutes, to the Ringbahn (Herrmannstr.) about 12 minutes. Lots of opportunities for shopping, all within walking distance.
Hier noch ein paar wichtige Informationen: Wir geben die Wohnung bevorzugt an Nachmieter ab, die
bereit sind einen Abschlag von 1600€ zu bezahlen. Mit übernommen werden demnach eine voll
ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Regale, usw.) ein komplett eingerichtetes Schlaf und Ess-Wohnzimmer.
Damit es zu einem Mietvertrag kommen kann sind folgende Unterlagen notwendig:
- 3x Gehaltsnachweise
- Schufa (request now) -Klausel
- Kaution von 900€ (aendert sich eventuell, haengt vom Vermieter ab)
- Kopie Ausweis/Reisepass
- bestätigte Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung des Vormieters
Dies wenn möglich (außer der Kaution) bitte direkt beim Besichtigungstermin mitbringen.

Some more information: We will prefer to give the apartment to a person/ to people who are ready to
pay the sum for the furniture. According to this sum, you will take over a fully furnished kitchen
(fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, cupboards etc.) and fully furnished bedroom and living room.
In order to get a rental agreement, these documents are necessary:
-3 latest months proof of income
-Schufa (request now)
-deposit of 900 Euros (It might change, depends on the landlord)
-copy of ID or passport
-confirmed document that you don’t have any debts at your prior apartments
(Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung)
If possible, please bring these documents (except for the deposit) along when you come around
for a viewing.
