Teilzeit-WG // 1-Zimmerwohnung

Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Zimmer in meiner Zwei-Zimmerwohnung (50m2). Ich bin also Deine Mitbewohnerin, aber nur sehr selten da. Die meiste Zeit hast Du also eine Einzimmer-Wohnung für Dich (mit einer Gesamtgröße von 42m2).
Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus der Sonnenallee (Höhe Friedelstr) im 2. Stock aber hell, da südseitig. Es gibt neben Deinem und meinem Zimmer eine nette Wohnküche und ein Mini-Schlauchbad, es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Wohnen braucht (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank ...) In Deinem Zimmer gibt es ein Bett, ein Sofa eine Kommode und natürlich Internet :-)
Ich bin in eine WG aufs Land gezogen und komme nur ab und an in die Stadt meist übernachte ich dann bei meiner Freundin, selten komme ich auch nach Hause und würde dann im kleinen Zimmer übernachten (ca 2 Tage und im Monat - immer mit Voranmeldung).

Ich bin 40, queer und Vegetarierin; arbeite selbstständig und wünsche mir meine Wohnung vorübergehend einer respektvollen Person zu überlassen und mir eine kleine Zuflucht in der Stadt zu erhalten.

Anmeldung ist möglich, sowohl ein kurzfristiges als auch ein längerfristiges WG-Arrangement ist denkbar. Wenn Du Pendler*in oder ein Eltern mit Nestmodell bist, also nicht durchgehend in der Wohnung wohnst, wäre das ideal und wir könnten dann die Miete etwas reduzieren.

I rent a furnished room in my two-room apartment (50m2). So I'm your roommate, but only very rarely there. Most of the time you have a one-room apartment to yourself (with a total size of 42m2).
The apartment is in the rear building on Sonnenallee (tube Hermannplatz) on the 2nd floor, but it is bright because it faces south. In addition to your and my room, there is a nice kitchen, and a mini bathroom, with all commodities (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator ...) In your room there is a bed, a desk with a chair, a sofa a chest of drawers and of course internet :-)
I moved to a flat share in the countryside and only come to town every now and then, usually I spend the time in the city at my girlfriend's, but every now and then I come home and would spend the night in a small room (approximately 2 days a month, and always with advance notice).

I'm 40, queer and vegetarian; I work independently and I wish to temporarily leave my apartment to a respectful person and to get a little refuge in the city.

Registration (Anmeldung) is possible, both a short-term and a long-term flat share arrangement is conceivable. If you are a commuter or a parent with a nest model, and you do not live in the apartment all the time, the basic rent could be reduced.
