Zu mieten ist ein ca 22qm großes Altbauzimmer, hell mit großen Fenstern und schön ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen, Dielenboden und Stuck hat es auch. Das Zimmer ist schon mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem 1,40cm Bett und wenn gewollt auch mit einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Die gesamte Wohnung ist 130 qm gross und hat drei weitere Zimmer. Wir sind eine 4 köpfige Familie, die in der vermieteten Zeit verreist ist. Somit kann man auch gerne das Wohnzimmer und den Balkon mitbenutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Neuköllns. Der Kanal und das Tempelhofer Flugfeld sowie der Treptower Park laden zu langen Spaziergängen ein.
Die U Bahn Station Rathaus Neukölln ist nur 5 min entfernt. Auch der M41 hält fast vor der Tür und die U 8 ist nur eine U Bahn Station entfernt.
